Flight Instruction

Flight Training

The Cincinnati Silent Flyers is dedicated to promoting aero modeling as a hobby.
We offer 3 FREE Radio Control (RC) Flight Training sessions to anyone interested in learning!
Our flight training program will begin May 25, 2016 and will continue through August 31, 2016

Instructors will be at the field on Wednesday evenings, starting at 6:30PM until dusk - weather permitting.

If you'd like to learn how to fly RC airplanes, please email our Training Coordinator, Steve Harness,
by 8:00PM on the Monday prior to a Wednesday evening training date, so enough instructors can be scheduled, or call him at (513) 520-6398.

The CSF club has developed a Training Manual that will inform the student of basic information that is needed to learn to fly.

  • Please read this before coming to the field for instruction.
  • Our instructors will be happy to clarify any information.
